Acceptance of Terms
By renting a storage unit, accessing the property, or using the website, you agree to
these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of Storage Units and Parking Spaces
You agree to:
Use the unit for lawful storage only
Not store prohibited items (flammables, explosives, perishables, stolen goods,
drugs, etc.)
Keep your unit locked
Maintain accurate contact and payment information
Access to the Facility
Access is permitted only to authorized renters and their designated contacts. We may:
Monitor entry and exit
Restrict access for non-payment or policy violations
Modify hours as needed for safety and operations
Payment Terms
Rent is due monthly.
Late fees may apply if payment is not timely.
Non-payment may result in lockout and lien procedures as allowed under Virginia law.
You authorize us to process payments through our secure third-party processor.
Insurance and Liability
We do not insure your stored property. You are responsible for obtaining your own
insurance.
We are not liable for damage due to:
Fire
Water intrusion
Theft
Weather events
Rodents or pests
Acts of God
Tenant negligence
Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Live or sleep in a unit
Run a business or use electricity for commercial operations
Store hazardous materials
Modify the unit or install wiring
Violation may result in immediate termination.
Lien & Auction Rights
If rent remains unpaid, we may:
Deny access
Impose fees
Take possession of the stored goods
Sell the contents at public auction
All actions will follow Virginia lien law.
Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your rental by:
Removing you lock and all items in the unit
Leaving the unit broom-clean
Notifying management by email.
We may terminate for:
Non-payment
Safety violations
Illegal activity
Policy violations
Website Use

Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with website operations
Use content from the website without permission
Personal Information
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by

Governing Law
